What are we doing?

Kamahara, the fifteenth post town on the Tokaido, which became the stage for the poet Akato Yamabe's "Tago no Ura ni~" who sang about the majestic figure of Mt. Fuji.
In the fall of 2022, we breathed new life into a long-abandoned rice factory. Equipped with six 1,000-liter tanks, the fusion of Shizuoka's climate and science creates a gem of craft beer.
The land of Kambara is blessed with abundant rain throughout the year. The drops that fall on the mountains seep into the earth and pour into Suruga Bay while being polished by countless ores, nurturing the rich sea. In our brewery, we pump up this beautiful underground water as it is and use it as the life of our beer making.
Tradition and innovation – these two elements are at the heart of our concept.
While valuing the ingredients nurtured by Shizuoka's climate, he uses his experience as a data scientist to install a variety of IoT sensors in the brewing equipment. We repeatedly analyze the data accumulated every day and approach beer brewing with a scientific approach based on numbers.

An authentic DDH-IPA made with 100% British high-quality variety Maris Otter to greatly enhance the aroma and taste. It uses four types of hops, including its own Centennial, and features a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of citrus and a deep bitterness described as "Goriniga Sconigo". The label depicts plants and trees that symbolize nature, captivating with both taste and worldview.
