Commitment to the product
Who are supporting us?
It all started with a field trip to South Africa.
Tea Life, which has been handling rooibos tea for many years, visits local farms and factories in South Africa, where it is produced, every few years.
That's when I came across a unique wine that uses rooibos tea as an antioxidant. This wine, which feels the potential of rooibos tea, is meaningful because we are the pioneers of rooibos tea, and we want to handle it! With that in mind, we started handling rooibos wine.
Audacia, a South African chateau winery, has been trying its hand at antioxidant-free winemaking. At that time, we focused on the antioxidant power of rooibos tea, a South African ingredient, and established a manufacturing method (* world patent) that uses naturally derived ingredients as preservatives.
Commitment to the product
"Rooibos wine" is made using grapes carefully grown in organic soil without the use of chemical fertilizers, yeast, rooibos tea and tannins from honeybush.
In general, it does not contain any antioxidants (sulfites), which are indispensable for winemaking.
It is especially appreciated by those who have a headache from wine and those who are health-conscious.
It is highly evaluated as a taste and is supported by the restaurant where the sommelier lives.
