The "exciting moments" set forth in the brand concept can only be created by exceeding the customer's imagination. In order to create this moment, we are thoroughly committed to not only making sake, but also designing and creating experiences, without being bound by preconceived ideas.
Third, we want to make Japan alcoholic beverages a world-class culture.
Rather than fighting for a piece of the pie in the midst of the declining domestic population and the domestic alcoholic beverage market, our raison d'être is to turn Japan's excellent manufacturing into world-class value and give it back to small companies.
In order to realize these philosophies, we do not compromise in our product creation. For example, "Yuzu White Wonder" pursues sustainability by using only the peel of domestic low-pesticide yuzu juice produced in Mie Prefecture after production, and reusing the wheat and yuzu residue produced after brewing as cattle feed. In addition, "Barrel Wonder" uses rare Mizunara barrels and selects from raw wood through a unique route to use for aging, and develops products with attention to detail.
