We started making "garlic balls" because of my father's earnest desire for health. At the end of the Showa era, my father, who was in his mid-50s, was suffering from poor health, and when the cold weather came, his vitality decreased, and he became reluctant to even meet people. At that time, my uncle recommended a homemade healthy food made with garlic and egg yolk, which has been passed down in southern Kyushu for a long time.
When I made "garlic balls" for the first time in my house in Heisei 3, the changes that appeared in my father were amazing. I had more energy and more days when I could stay refreshed from the morning. Acquaintances and friends who saw it were surprised and began to recommend that they sell these "garlic balls".
