I think the reason why Brazil Propolis has been around for more than 20 years is not because of sales, promotions, or luck, but because we have come across good products. It is a rare store that stands out for its product power.
Unknowingly, we received a lot of happy customer feedback in the review section of the online store, and as a result, it became a long-seller without knowing it.
In the past, customers were concentrated in their 50s and older, but now the number of people in their 30s and 40s is increasing. In the future, we would like to increase the number of products that are easy for beginners to drink and create a wide fan base.
Until now, we didn't have any particular wholesale customers, but all of them, whether they were corporations or individuals, were enthusiastic propolis fans who contacted us and started something like an agency. In a way, it's like a member of the Brazilian Propolis fan club. We will continue to seek people who truly love propolis and spread it throughout Japan together.
