Comprehensive production of fermented foods such as kombucha and bread with a focus on beer (self-proclaimed (^^;))
There is one thing that we have carefully protected since our founding, and that we have done it without ever bothering to prepare it, and that we have continued to do so even after we have left the manufacturing site.
That means spending a day on the water used in production to convey a message of appreciation.
It's very simple, but I've rarely said it to people before.
I've always been a materialist, so I understand the feeling tremendously, but I've had strange impressions at times, so I was very hesitant whether to write this or not.
But now that I've left the manufacturing site, I have to tell someone else about it and leave it as part of the company's culture, so this is the first time I've written it publicly.
(I'm (^^;) worried about how many people will read it, how much backlash there will be, etc.)
I seem to be suited to work related to water, and I am currently involved in that job.
Starting with beer, we will start working on soft drinks this year, and plan to produce non-alcoholic beer in earnest within two years.
Of course, just by offering beer as one of the options, there will be many people who cannot be covered by our company (= cannot help Mr./Ms. be happy).
Even as the range of beverages we manufacture expands, the underlying idea is that it is additive-free and Thailand.
Originally, most beer is additive-free, so much so that it is difficult to find something that contains additives, but what about soft drinks?
And many people pick up beverages full of additives and eat them every day without thinking that they are bad for their bodies.
We would like to provide such people with the option of "additive-free beverages that are good for the body" for Thailand.
In order to achieve our desire to provide additive-free food, what we can do now is to focus on beverages first, so we are now focusing on this with all our might.
