About the brand
A slightly sweet and soft mochi that wraps traditional Japanese side dishes such as "beef shigure", "pork ginger", and "chicken teri", this is a new kind of food that overturns the common sense of daifuku.
Mochi does not use any flour and is very popular with people who want to avoid gluten or those who don't like sweets. By using sticky rice, you can enjoy its natural sweetness and chewy texture.
Neither sweets nor side dishes, a new category of "meat sweets". It is a one-handed design that can be easily eaten with one hand, and is a dish that is close to the eating habits of busy modern people.
The store name "Kagiri no Fuku" contains the desire to deliver "endless happiness", and we will provide a completely new form of daifuku, which has been popular as a lucky charm.

Commitment to the product
Who are supporting us?
In recent years, due to the influence of social media, the food industry has been in a trend of "focusing on appearance".
However, many visual-focused foods tend to be overly high in sugar and gluten, and there are concerns about the impact on health hazards 10 or 20 years from now.
In light of these issues, we have set out to create products that emphasize the balance between beauty, deliciousness, and health.
As a result, a new category of "meat sweets" was born, which is neither sweets nor side dishes.
From the first prototype, countless adjustments were made to the mixture and softness of the mochi, the seasoning of the meat filling, the balance with the mochi, and the ratio of the mochi to the meat filling...... I didn't get tired of eating one and was thoroughly particular about whether I thought it was delicious until the end.
Over time, the oil from the meat soaks into the rice cakes and does not look delicious, so it is not tasty to squeeze the oil as much as possible and wrap it in rice cakes.
Also, if you don't add additives, you will have to make the rice cakes hard.
It took a year and a half to open, but I am confident that it is because of this accumulation that it has become a dish that can be called a "new meat confectionery".
Commitment to the product
Our most popular is the beef shigure daifuku.
The meat juice overflows from the soft mochi.
The sweet mochi and the meat bean paste with concentrated umami are an exquisite collaboration between "Japanese" and "meat".
The different taste from sweet daifuku is highly satisfying as a snack or snack, and can be enjoyed as a snack or breakfast with alcohol.
"My child is allergic to wheat and has difficulty choosing daily food, but I can share the deliciousness of meat daifuku," "I was very happy when I sent it as a gift to someone who doesn't like sweets," and "It's a combination of mochi and meat, so it's perfect for breakfast and I regularly purchase it."
In fact, the store has grown into a product that is loved by a wide range of generations.
