Miyoshi City, where the sake brewery is located, is the hometown of "Hachitan Nishiki", "Hachitan", and "Senbon Nishiki", which are blessed with clear air and clean water.
The brewery itself is always passionate about "better quality sake rice and higher quality sake brewing" by working on rice cultivation.
In addition, we use in-house rice milling to polish the rice to create a firm koji, and aim to make sake that brings out the maximum flavor of sake rice with an awareness of the balance between taste and aroma.
