Founded in 1897 (Meiji 30), a manufacturer specializing in intestinal activity in Hiroshima with the concept of "growing the stomach". In the past, like general dairy manufacturers, it manufactured a wide range of products, mainly dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and pudding. However, since the 90s, milk and yogurt have become commoditives, and price competition has intensified. Aiming for products that satisfy customers with value rather than price, we have focused our management resources on fermentation technology and intestinal environment research since around 2010. Currently, it specializes in businesses that apply high-concentration fermentation technology of plant lactic acid bacteria, which is rare in the world. It mainly manufactures and sells plant-based lactic acid bacteria drink "My Flora". Although it is a dairy business, it does not produce milk. Overseas, we provide technical guidance on fermentation and fermentation raw materials for dairy manufacturers. In addition, we are actively conducting human clinical trials of plant lactic acid bacteria and intestinal flora analysis, aiming to become a manufacturer specializing in intestinal activity.
