If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 10 days after the product arrives using the goods message function. Please note that if you do not contact us within 10 days after the item arrives, we will not be able to accept returns.
In the event of a defect due to our inadequacy, such as damage / staining of the product, mistake, excess or deficiency, we will bear the shipping fee.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
