FUUKA Product Handling Guidelines When handling FUUKA products, we have established the following regulations to maintain brand value and ensure safety. Please review and comply with the details. These regulations apply to all businesses handling FUUKA products. 1. Sales Channels Selling is possible on our own e-commerce site. Listing or selling on e-commerce malls such as Rakuten Ichiba, Amazon, Yahoo! Shopping, and Qoo10 is prohibited. 2. Sale Price Please maintain sales at the suggested retail price (premium price). Discounted sales violate brand regulations. 3. Planning and Campaigns If special programs such as monitors are held, it must be clearly stated that the price is limited to monitors. FUUKA assumes no responsibility for campaigns independently conducted by each company. 4. Prohibited Actions Selling in small portions is prohibited for compliance with laws and quality preservation. When including novelty items, be sure to clearly state that they are "different from official sales items." 5. Storage Store in a cool, dark place, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperatures, low temperatures, and humidity. Keep out of reach of infants and pets. Use promptly after opening. 6. Product Classification and Applications This product is imported and sold domestically in Japan as a "miscellaneous goods." Its use is for fragrance. Direct application or drinking of undiluted liquid is not allowed. If you plan to dilute it for skincare or similar purposes, please instruct customers to conduct a patch test.
