Information on kiln changes Each item in our product has a different color and texture depending on various changes that occur in the kiln, such as the temperature during firing and the melting of the glaze. This is called "yohen", and we hope that you will enjoy it as the unique beauty and individuality of yakimono. Even if the same product is the same, the color and pattern may differ slightly from the photo or sample. Thank you for your understanding. The colors of the photos have been adjusted to be as close to the real thing as possible, but the actual colors may differ depending on the monitor and lighting environment you are using. ■ Handling Pottery may be damaged by impact such as dropping or bumping, so please handle it with care. The use of microwave ovens, dishwashers, and ovens varies depending on the product. Please check the description on each product page. After use, wash it thoroughly and dry it thoroughly before storing. Doing so may cause mold and odor. ■ Cancellations and Returns Due to the nature of the product, we basically do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. In the unlikely event that there is damage or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. After confirming the situation, we will respond to returns and exchanges.
