Otoso is a special sake drunk on New Year's Day in the hope of a long and disease-free life. It is easy to make a combination of several types of herbal medicines called tososan, which can be made by soaking it in Japan sake or mirin.
Formal butchering is difficult because it requires special sake vessels, but E CA QUI's sushi is easy to make even if you live alone, and we aimed to make it suitable for modern life.
In addition, in general, Tusu is "painful to the mouth of good medicine", and there are many things that have a strong bitter taste of herbal medicine. We utilize the wisdom of Botanical Infusion, a Western herbal medicine that has been popular in France for a long time, to create a blend that is easy to get used to even for first-timers. Customers who purchased it at the end of last year are happy to hear that it is the first time they have seen such delicious sushi.
Many of the botanicals in Tusu contain substances that aid digestion and absorption. Even during binge drinking during the year-end and New Year holidays, it may work on the stomach and reduce guilt. On New Year's Day 2024, please try "Tusu", a traditional culture that has endured in Japan for a long time.

・E CA QUI's Tususan
・E CA QUI filter for slaughter and sowing
・Your favorite Japan sake 200ml (sold separately)
・Honmirin 100ml (sold separately)
*The mirin-style seasoning is different from the real mirin. It also contains a lot of sugar and additives, so be sure to use real mirin.
■How to make
1. Put Tususan in the included filter and soak it in your favorite Japan sake for 5~6 hours.
It is convenient to pickle Tususan in a teapot or teapot at home. Also, when making one serving, please use all the ingredients in half (100ml of Japan sake, 50ml of honmirin, and half of E CA QUI Tususan). If you pickle it on New Year's Eve night or early in the morning on New Year's Day, you can have Tusu at just the right time.
2, Take out the bag of Tususan and mix in the real mirin.
If you drink a lot of sake, it will have a dry finish, and if you have a high percentage of real mirin, it will have a sweet and mellow taste. Arrange it to your liking.
