Even if you wear it all day, it won't slip and you can pedal well.
A new model of bicycle socks made with upcycled yarn "Looplus" with a colorful border pattern has been born.
"Environmentally friendly socks are good, but if it's all gray, it feels plain."
"I want a bright design that looks great on a bicycle ride."
In response to such voices, this border pattern line was born. There are 6 color variations. You can freely choose according to the color and clothing of your car. The length is slightly longer in the middle, making it difficult to see the skin even when combined with ankle-length bicycle spats.
The "Looplus" used in the main body is an upcycled material made by reusing scraps and knitting scraps generated during the manufacturing process of textile products. This yarn developed by Kurabo revives discarded materials as new yarns, contributing to the reduction of resource usage. Therefore, the color of the main body has a mixed texture, and it is characterized by an expression unique to environmentally friendly materials.
In terms of functionality, based on bicycle socks (RING-KO socks), the knitting design has been improved to be optimal for Looplus. It uses a highly elastic knitting method to prevent the foot from slipping or rotating between the foot and the sock while riding. Microfiber is used for toe and heel for improved grip. In addition, by incorporating retro-reflective yarn into some parts, visibility during night driving is also considered.
