Wild Bitter Orange Flower Water
Naturally derived neroli water is hand-selected from the bitter orange (Daidai) tree, which grows wild in Morocco, and steam distilled by traditional methods.
Regular flower water is a by-product obtained in the process of extracting essential oils, but at En d'Autre Therme, 1 kg of bitter orange blossoms per liter is distilled just to make neroli water, so it contains enough neroli essential oil.
It is a scent with a slight citrus sweet and sour taste in a floral sweetness.
What is neroli?
It is an essential oil obtained by steam distillation of bitter orange (daidai) flowers, and is very expensive along with rose.
It is said that this name came from the fact that it was used by Princess Anna Maria of the Duchy of Nerola in Italy in the 17th century.
