◆ Production area information Bugoi is grown and processed on the shores of Lake Kivu, Rwanda's largest lake. It is located at an altitude of 1550~1900m, volcanic soil, and abundant precipitation, making it suitable for coffee cultivation. In addition, it is blessed with a gentle breeze and soft sunlight suitable for drying coffee, which is a suitable environment for producing flavorful coffee. Bugoy Coffee is a new coffee company founded in 2017 to help local smallholder farmers and ethically source high-quality coffee beans to ensure sustainable coffee plantation operations. We are focusing on educational support and farm guidance for farmers, and we are particularly focused on supporting female farmers to become self-reliant.
