A natural flavored tea that blends 100% kama-roasted green tea grown with no pesticides and chemical fertilizers in Gokase Town, an unexplored area of Miyazaki Prefecture, and organically grown yuzu peel, also from Miyazaki Prefecture. We use only single-origin natural ingredients and do not add any fragrances. The refreshing aroma of kama-roasted tea enhances the individuality of yuzu. It can be enjoyed with hot or cold brew, but cold brew is definitely recommended in the spring and summer season. The combination of the piercing scent of yuzu and the sweetness of elegant tea will refresh your mind and body. This product has been certified by organic JAS. Approximate amount of tea leaves used In the case of cold brew, use 10g of tea leaves for 1L of water at room temperature. Extract in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. If you pour hot water into the tea leaves after separating the tea leaves, you can get a delicious "No. 2 soup stock" and enjoy it twice! In the case of hot water, it is possible to extract 3-5 g of tea leaves and 3-4 decoctions in a 200 ml teapot.
