In order to maintain the high quality of the product, the raw materials are carefully selected and carefully distilled in small quantities. In addition, by adopting a unique non-chill filtering manufacturing method instead of the chill filtering (cold filtration) that is done with ordinary gin, the original aroma and taste of blueberries are locked in as they are.
