About the beans
This garden coffee is organically grown under shade trees in southern Ethiopia, the coffee's native region, at an altitude of around 2,000 meters. This area is also known as a mecca for nurturing coffee beans with unique flavors.
Tasting Note
The coffee beans from the Yirgacheffe area are characterized by medium to light bodies, featuring a sweet aroma and a fruity, delicate flavor.
To enjoy its delicate and complex aroma and distinct, vibrant acidity, we have finished it lightly roasted. Occasionally, a complex blend of cacao, lemon, and cassis wafts through the nose, reminiscent of wine. These coffee beans evoke the strength of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. It has a deep flavor, so I hope coffee fans who prefer bitter and strong flavors will also give it a try. You should be able to appreciate the benefits of Ethiopia.

The bean's greatest appeal—rich sweet aroma and fruitiness—gradually fades after roasting, but personally, I prefer the flavor around 7 to 14 days after roasting, when the flavor settles.
