Trilinski, who loves nature and people, saw grapes as a manifestation of soil, sunlight, breeze, and mental imagery, and decided to devote his heart and soul to transforming the best parts of them into wine. Dionysus (Bacchus), the god of wine, originated from the god of wine who was revered in Thrace. In the Norman's Land, now Svilengrad, the ancient Thracians made wine thousands of years ago. The reason why winemaking began in this No Man's Land was not because the climate was optimal for grapes. It has a temperate climate, and the temperature does not drop too much in winter, and the annual solar radiation is the largest in Bulgaria.
