● Returns for customer's convenience
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items.
・ Return due to customer's convenience (different from the image, wrong order, etc.)
・ If you use it even once
・ If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
・ In the case of products subject to SALE
・ If you open the package
・ Other cases similar to the above
● Damage to the main product / product difference
At the time of shipment, we carefully check for dirt, damage, etc. before shipping, but in the unlikely event that it is damaged during shipping, defective product, or a product that is different from your order, we will bear the shipping fee when replacing the product.
For returns due to negligence, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.
