We use only sesame seeds from our own farm and contract farmers in the prefecture.

How to use <>
This product is different from general cooking oil,
We do not recommend using hot cooking.
This is because when heated, the active ingredient, α-linolenic acid, is broken.
Therefore, please enjoy it over the dish after cooking.
For salads, miso soup, coffee, yogurt, natto, etc.
Please pour it over and enjoy.
I recommend drinking about 1 teaspoon a day.
Please use one bottle of this product as a guideline for one month.
How to save <>
After opening, store in the refrigerator to prevent oxidation.
If it oxidizes, it will have an unpleasant fishy odor derived from DHA and EPA.
We also recommend that you consume it as soon as possible after opening.
