■The joy of biting.
Soft, soft, and fluffy are often used as "compliments" for food, but this nut granola is not like that. Oats, nuts, and dietary fiber are mixed together and baked thoroughly to give it a chewy texture. When you bite into it, the sweetness of the ingredients seeps out from the inside.
■ One meal, more than 12g of dietary fiber.
One serving contains 12g of dietary fiber in 50g. Oats, whole wheat flour, walnuts, and almonds are originally rich in dietary fiber, but they are not enough on their own, so we have added dietary fiber from oats and agave fiber. After eating this much, today's plus goal is completed for the time being. But don't let your guard down and eat plenty of vegetables so as not to disrupt your usual eating habits.
■Dietary fiber reduces calories and sugar.
Dietary fiber and carbohydrates are also members of the carbohydrate family. However, carbohydrates, which tend to become calories, and dietary fiber are differentiated because they work differently in the body. In general, the calories of insoluble dietary fiber are almost zero. Soluble dietary fiber is also zero, at most half of the sugar. The more fiber you have, the less carbohydrates you have and fewer calories. Carbohydrates are also the source of energy, so there is no need to reduce them to the extreme.
■Fun Fiber Nut Granola
Granola is made into slightly larger grains, so there are many ways to eat it. If you pinch it as it is, it will be crunchy and chewy, but if you dip it in soy milk or milk, the grains will crumble together. You can pour it over yogurt, or it can be used as a healthy snack with ice cream, hot milk, or alcohol.
