1. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of ordered products due to customer's convenience.
2. The Company shall accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of ordered products only if there are deficiencies in the type, quality, or content of the products delivered by the Company, such as defects such as initial defects, damage or staining, or product errors. However, all of the following conditions must be satisfied.
(1) The customer or his/her designated delivery address shall apply for a return, exchange, or refund by contacting the Company via the message function of goooods within 7 days after receiving the product.
(2) The product must be unused.
3. After applying for a return, exchange, or refund to the Company in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the customer shall return the product to the Company in accordance with the procedures and methods instructed by the Company. In this case, the Company shall bear the return shipping fee required for return, and the customer shall return the product to the Company by cash on delivery. In addition, if the product is not returned to the Company within 14 days after contacting us, the Company may invalidate the request for exchange.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is difficult to return the product due to the nature of the product, the Company may notify the customer to dispose of the product.
5. If, after receiving the return, the Company determines that the customer meets the conditions set forth in this Article, and the customer wishes to deliver a substitute product, the Company shall promptly deliver the substitute product at the Company's expense. However, if it is impossible to deliver a substitute product due to discontinuation of production of the ordered product, out of stock, etc., or if the customer wishes to receive a refund due to cancellation of the sales contract, the Company will refund the total amount of the product price, shipping fee, etc. paid by the Company received from the customer.
6. The Company cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used by the customer or products that have been scratched, stained, damaged, etc. due to reasons attributable to the customer.
