The 'Ao Shichimi' was born from the idea of creating it as a sibling version of the original shichimi. To enhance the distinctive aroma of green chili peppers, we chose yuzu dried tangerine peel from among the citrus varieties. Among them, we use Kochi products, which are renowned as a famous yuzu production area. The refreshing aroma of yuzu and the spiciness of green chili peppers further enhance the flavors of the ingredients. It pairs well with sweet and savory flavors like kabayaki or fried foods.
