・Ingredients (for 2 people)|Pork shoulder loin (500g), basil salt (2 teaspoons), octopus thread,
・How to make |
(1) Make a cut in the center of the pork shoulder and open it to the left and right, and cut the thick slices into long slices.
(2) Sprinkle basil salt all over, roll it up, and tie it with octopus thread.
(3) Brown the surface in a frying pan.
(4) Set the oven to 180-200 degrees and heat for about 20 minutes.
