Detox in 5 seconds in the morning
Also for bad breath, taste improvement, and prevention of overeating
Ayurveda emphasizes the elimination of waste products "ama" accumulated in the body. In order not to return the "arma" collected on the tongue to the body during sleep, it is important to remove the tongue moss before drinking water immediately after waking up in the morning. Start your day with an Ayurvist tongue scraper that is gentle, easy, and refreshing.
In Ayurveda, "copper" is considered to be good for the body, and because it has a bactericidal effect, it has been used in jugs, tableware, and even tongue scrapers.
Ayurvist's tongue scrapers are carefully finished one by one by Indian craftsmen and are characterized by their good taste on the tongue.
■ What is tongue moss?
It is a white moss-like substance that adheres to the surface of the tongue and is like a plaque on the skin. Bacteria and the surface layer of the mucous membrane adhere to the tongue, forming a white-looking tongue moss. The tongue should be cleaned moderately, as thickening of the tongue moss can be a breeding ground for bacteria and trigger bad breath and aspiration pneumonia.
■ Causes of accumulation of tongue moss
Saliva has a self-cleaning effect that washes away food and plaque, and suppresses the growth of bacteria in the oral cavity. When the amount of saliva itself decreases due to fasting, disease, side effects of medications, dehydration, stress, aging, etc., the factors that cause tongue moss in the oral cavity increase, and the tongue moss may thicken.
【How to use】
1) Hold both ends of the tongue scraper with your hands and place the curved end in your mouth.
2) Gently slide over the tongue from the back to the front about 3~5 times.
3) Gargle and clean the oral cavity.
* Please avoid squeezing your tongue strongly or sliding it sideways.
* Children's tongues are delicate, so please use them more gently so as not to squeeze them too hard.
