The return or exchange of the product may be made only if the buyer contacts us within 7 days after receiving the product, in the case of reasons attributable to the Company, such as product defects or product errors. In the unlikely event that the item arrives is "defective" or "misdelivered", we are very sorry, but please tell us the reason for the return through the goooods return system.
We will contact you later with the return address and shipping fee (to be borne by us).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
(1) Discounted products, sale items, pre-order products, and products that are notified at the time of sale that they cannot be returned or exchanged.
(2) If the goods have already been used. (Products that have been clearly worn instead of trying on, products that have been washed, etc.)
(3) When scratches, stains, odors, or product defects occur due to the buyer's responsibility.
(Products that have been soiled or scratched by the customer, products that have been separated or lost in accessories, delivery notes, product tags, and labels)
(4) When the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery. (Including cases where the condition of the box and accessories is different)
(5) We do not accept returns or exchanges of headgear or items that come into direct contact with the skin (turtleneck sweaters, swimsuits, leggings, tights, etc.) after trying them on.
(6) For any reason, products that have not been communicated in advance.
(7) When more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
*Due to the characteristics of cloth products, there may be an error of about 3 cm in the actual dimensions of the size chart.
Redemption can only be made for the same item number in color or size. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products with different product numbers.
