The "snow room" has been used for a long time in the heavy snowfall area of Tohoku. When coffee beans are aged in this snow room, the unpleasant aroma components are reduced, resulting in smooth and mild coffee.
Yukimuro Aged Coffee, a couple from the Kanto region moved to the heavy snowfall area of Tohoku and opened a café. It started when we found research results that change the composition of coffee beans when they are stored.
The trademark of "Yukimuro Aging" was owned by Key Coffee, but we entrusted the letter with the desire to use it. And we use it with a usage contract.
We opened a café so deep in the mountains that we struggled with few visitors. Therefore, we started selling it as a souvenir. It was chosen as a gift and sales channels grew strongly.
