Product Background
'I want to make curry for kids by hand, but what roux should I use?' 'Isn't store-bought curry roux too flavorful?' I'm worried about the saltiness...' "Sweet curry for kids just isn't enough for adults..." Based on the real-life experiences of our staff raising children, the "First Curry Roux Made with Organic Rice" was born.
Wanting to use as natural ingredients as possible, we avoided additives and dairy, and instead of the wheat flour commonly found in curry roux, we used domestically produced organic brown rice flour.
Since it's flake-type, it melts quickly and is easy to cook.
It's not spicy, so children can eat it with peace of mind, and adults will be satisfied with its mellow and rich flavor. Even on busy days, the whole family can enjoy authentic curry together.
