Kinsai crafts is a technique established in the Momoyama and Edo periods to apply gold leaf to cloth such as obi and kimono.
Taking advantage of this technology, we created a glass tray (bean plate) in collaboration with a glass processor.
Various cotton fabrics are gold-colored, the fabrics are bonded to the back of the glass by special processing, and Mr./Ms. is sanded with EVA resin from above.
The resin on the back side has a non-slip finish that has a non-slip effect, and it also has a shattering prevention effect when the glass breaks.
