Since it is untreated alkali, it is difficult to dissolve in water and the original nutrition (polyphenols) and flavor of cacao are intact.

・How to use
● Rich cocoa: Add 1~2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (about 15~25g) to 150g of boiling water, knead well until there are no lumps, and stir. It is easy to mix while warming in a pot.
After that, add warm milk (20g~50g if you like) and sugar (optional) and enjoy. Even if you use condensed milk instead of cow's milk, it will be mellow.
● Please use it as a confectionery ingredient such as chocolate cookies and muffins, or as an accent of taste with ice cream.
