In order to bring out the unique "delicious bitterness" of Hassaku to the maximum, no water is added to condense the taste of the fruit itself. The hard outer skin is carefully peeled off one by one, and the pulp is squeezed along with the thin skin to achieve a deep bitterness and refreshing aroma.
