Bath tea packed with the power of plants according to the phases of the moon.
Full moon of abundance and light. A lively blend of roses, calendula and damiana energizes the mind and body.
The Power of Herbs
Rose petals: increase sensuality, open the mind and protect against negative energy.
Calendula: Promotes cell regeneration and leaves the skin smooth and radiant.
Damiana: It reconnects us with our desires, lifts our spirits, and allows us to go with the flow.
Usage
Soak about 12g (about 1/2 of the container) of botanical bath tea in 1L of boiling water. After 15-20 minutes, put only the herbal liquid strained through a tea strainer in the bathtub, stir well and then take a bath. It's easier to use a French press instead of a tea strainer.
Full Moon Bathing Etiquette
Try incorporating gentle exercises to further stimulate the energy you get during the full moon. Place your arms on the edge of the tub in a prone position with your stomach down, and rest your chin and cheeks on your folded hands. When the legs bend naturally and place their feet on the opposite end of the tub, they enter a supported bow pose (Dhanura asana). Take a few slow deep breaths to slowly open the front of your body and chest and deepen the pose. It's common for your mind to feel buzzy during a full moon, so be careful to move freely as your body asks you to do and avoid any discomfort.
