Tasting notes
Bright and pale yellow with a subtle golden shine. It has a clear and transparent feel and shines beautifully in the light. Expressive and luxurious aromas spread, with white fruits such as pears overlapped with hints of apricot and peach. The Mediterranean freshness brought by the Vermentino grape is felt with notes of citrus zest and wild herbs.
On the palate, it begins with a soft, rounded attack, followed by a lively acidity, and a delicate saltiness complements the overall freshness and finish.
Producers
Founded in 1968, the Rocoblanc winery is located in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, 30 km north of Bézier, between the two central cities of the region: Montpellier and Toulouse. The village of Rocouvlan and its winegrowers welcome you to the home of wine.
Planted at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters, the vineyards spread over villages blessed with sunshine conditions and protected by mountains behind them. The Orbe River, which flows through the village, also softens the climate and provides an ideal environment for the growth of grapes.
