Flavorful black beans made from large black beans grown in the Mimasaka region of northern Okayama Prefecture, "Sakushu Black", are extracted and processed into fragrant triangular packs. Since it is a caffeine-free beverage, it can be safely consumed by babies, pregnant women, and the elderly. The outer black skin of black beans is rich in anthocyanins, a type of polyphenol. Anthocyanins are components that cannot be obtained from other soybeans and can be expected to have high antioxidant effects and regulate blood condition. Consuming black bean tea makes it easier to lower blood sugar levels and makes it less susceptible to diseases such as arteriosclerosis. Soy isoflavones in black beans have a structure similar to the female hormone estrogen, so consuming them makes it easier to balance hormones.
