The village of Irgachefe, which represents Ethiopia. It has a refreshing and transparent fruitiness and a bright sweetness reminiscent of black tea. The overall taste is also very stable. When it is aged, it also has a floral scent. A masterpiece with high comprehensive power that allows you to enjoy a clear impression.

If you drive along the steep road from the southern end of the Sidamo coffee area, you will see that coffee is carefully cultivated for about 35 km to the village of Irgacheffe (2,500 meters above sea level). Blessed with fertile black soil and surrounded by rivers, forests and lakes, the beautiful village of Irgacheffe is one of the lakes that Ethiopians love dearly in the nearby Lake Abaya. Ethiopia is dominated by natural refining, while Irgachefe is finished with traditional washing and sun drying. Among them, the top grade selected is Irgachefe G1. Although production in the region began in the 1950s, it is relatively new in terms of coffee production culture, but the coffee from the Irgachefe region has been rapidly traded under the name 'YIRGACHEFE' due to its characteristic flavor similar to black tea and the full-bodied cup evaluation that can be felt in wine. Currently, it is one of the most difficult coffees to obtain due to its popularity in the specialty coffee market in the United States and Northern Europe, but it is grown in a limited production area without daring to expand the production area. Surrounded by rivers, forests and lakes, the beautiful Irgachefe district is a gem that will clear your heart from a cup of coffee. Like last year, I bought a lot from the Conga Agricultural Cooperative. At Conga Agricultural Cooperative, G-2 grades are basically made, and natural G-1 (sometimes referred to as G-3) and this washed G-1 are made to order. As usual, the Conga Agricultural Cooperative is making nominations by producing high-quality, fruity irga cheffe. This is supported by the high level of the management team at the washing station, as well as the strong ties with the farmers of the cooperative and the ability to share the quality of the product. Our staff who went to the agricultural cooperative at the end of last year reported that they were surprised by the uniformity and high ripeness of the cherries picked.
