■ If there is an initial defect, wrong product, damage/stain
We pay close attention to product management, but in the unlikely event that there is an initial defect, if the arrived product is different from your order, or if there is damage or staining during delivery, please contact us immediately. After confirmation, we will send you a good or genuine product as soon as possible. (Within 7 days after the product arrives, we will bear the shipping fee)
■ Returns and Exchanges
・Returns and exchanges are limited to unopened and unused items. In addition, it will be within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product. However, except for products covered by the return guarantee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
・ If you wish to return or exchange, please be sure to contact us before returning it.
・ We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or used, or products that have been delivered for more than 8 days (regardless of whether they have been opened or unused) under any circumstances.
