The Hassaku [Dry Sansho] 200ml
Expiration date: 2027.3.23
[Dry Sansho]
"Yasaku and Sansho - Wakayama is proud of the two best in Japan."
Wakayama, which boasts the largest production of Yasaku in Japan, is actually the largest producer of sansho in Japan.
This combination of coincidence and inevitability gave rise to this flavor.
Invigorating bitterness, popping citrus aroma - Yasaku's unique personality,
The refreshing aroma of sansho pepper overlaps to create a sharper and more sophisticated taste.
This syrup is a crisp bottle made with only Yasaku juice, beet sugar, and sansho pepper.
We did not add anything artificial, and the real bitterness produced by Wakayama was locked in the glass as it was.
【Arrenged Recipes】

Dilute it with soda, shochu, hot water, amazake, etc.

"The Hassaku" was born to pass on Wakayama's proud specialty product, Hassaku, to the next generation.
This is the second product of Nouka no Shukudai.
Wakayama Prefecture is a major production area for Hassaku, boasting the No. 1 domestic production volume and a 70% market share. However, in recent years, the need for it has declined, and so has its production. Therefore, we aimed to rediscover the charm of this special fruit and deliver it to the whole country and even the world as "Wakayama's soul food". In order to bring out the unique "delicious bitterness" of Hassaku to the maximum, no water is added to condense the taste of the fruit itself. The hard outer skin is carefully peeled off one by one, and the pulp is squeezed along with the thin skin to achieve a deep bitterness and refreshing aroma. Additionally, it is blended with carefully selected herbs and spices to create a one-of-a-kind taste that adults can enjoy. A special drink that makes you feel like Wakayama is by your side when you take a sip.
Bittersweet, delicious. This is the luxury of Wakayama!
