In addition to incense holders, it can also be used as an accessory display. [Incense Holder Manufacturing Process] Each piece is carefully crafted at a glass workshop in Gifu Prefecture. Since they are handmade, mass production is not possible, but no two are exactly alike. 1. Winding the glass Remove the glass melted at about 1,270°C by winding it onto the rod. 2. Wrap another layer of glass around By wrapping another layer of glass, you can add bubbles when finished. 3. Shaping the Incense Holder into a Shape This is an important step in deciding the shape of the incense holder. While keeping the temperature high, we carefully shape the paper while pressing wet newspaper against it. 4. Make holes in the incense holder Carefully drill holes for placing incense. This is a crucial step that determines the angle, depth, and usability. 5. Disconnect from the rod Carefully separate the shaped glass from the rod. 6. Sleeping overnight Let it rest well overnight to lower the temperature. Even after one night, it was still over 100°C. 7. Polish the Ground Floor We carefully polish the contact surface to finish it. The finish is clean and without any wobbling.
