"Japanese black tea" is black tea made using only domestic tea leaves. Compared to foreign black tea, it is characterized by a gentle taste with less astringency.
The tea leaves grown in Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture are characterized by a refreshing sweetness, less bitterness, and a gorgeous aroma.
You can feel the original gorgeousness of Japanese black tea as it is, and it is ideal as an ingredient for sweets such as Japanese black tea lattes, cookies, and pound cakes.
We also recommend the "Japanese black tea affogato" with Japanese black tea sauce made from powdered tea.
* It is not impossible to dissolve it in hot water and drink it as it is, but we do not recommend it.
* The raw material is 100% Japanese black tea (no additives)
* Uses an aluminum bag with a zipper. It can be sealed with confidence even after opening.
■ How to make a Japanese black tea latte (hot)
【Materials】
・Powdered Japanese black tea: 2g (1/2 tablespoon)
・Boiling water: 30ml
・Milk: 150ml
・ Vanilla syrup: 5 to 10 ml (* commercially available gum syrup is also acceptable)
(1) Put powdered Japanese black tea in one mouth, pour boiling water into it, and brew it with a tea basket (it is OK if it mixes without lumps).
* You can make it by using powdered tea as it is, but if you strain it with a tea strainer and then add it, it will be less likely to clump.
(2) Add vanilla syrup (* commercially available gum syrup is acceptable) to milk and warm it in a microwave or saucepan.
(Please adjust the amount of sweetness to your liking.) )
(3) Put (1) in the cup first and pour (2) into it to complete.
■ How to make a Japanese black tea latte (ice cream)
【Materials】
・Powdered Japanese black tea: 2g (1/2 tablespoon)
・Boiling water: 30ml
・Milk: 150ml
・ Vanilla syrup: 5 to 10 ml (* commercially available gum syrup is also acceptable)
(1) Put powdered Japanese black tea in one mouth, pour boiling water into it, and brew it with a tea basket (it is OK if it mixes without lumps).
* You can make it by using powdered tea as it is, but if you strain it with a tea strainer and then add it, it will be less likely to clump.
(2) Put milk and vanilla syrup in a glass full of ice (adjust the amount of sweetness to your liking)
(3) Pour (1) into (2). If you pour it slowly on top of the protruding ice, it will be a beautiful two layers.
■ How to make Japanese black tea affogato
【Materials】
・Powdered Japanese black tea: 2g (1/2 tablespoon)
・Boiling water: 10ml
・Vanilla ice cream
(1) Dissolve powdered Japanese black tea in hot water to make Japanese black tea sauce.
(2) Finish (1) with vanilla ice cream.
