■Refreshing, slightly sweet dried apples spread gently.
I cut apples from Nagano Prefecture on the dice, didn't add anything, just dried them. That's all. This gentle, refreshing flavor and nutrient-rich dried apples went well with the gentle granola base.
The sugar is sparing, but the flavor is a blend of organic brown sugar and beet sugar. The crunchy texture and aroma of sunflower seeds add a gentle accent. And cinnamon is not insistent, just a secret ingredient.
It was a good balance.
■ 11.2g or more of dietary fiber in one serving
One serving is 50g and contains 11.2g of dietary fiber. Organic oats are added with dried apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, oat fiber, and agave fiber.
All dietary fiber in granola is more than 10g per serving. Enjoy the various flavors while supplementing with high-spec dietary fiber.
■Dietary fiber reduces calories and sugar.
Dietary fiber and carbohydrates are also members of the carbohydrate family. However, carbohydrates, which tend to become calories, and dietary fiber are differentiated because they work differently in the body. In general, the calories of insoluble dietary fiber are almost zero. Soluble dietary fiber is also zero, at most half of the carbohydrate*. If you try to increase the amount of dietary fiber in food, the proportion of carbohydrates will naturally decrease, so the calories will also decrease. Carbohydrates are also the source of energy, so they are not drastically reduced, but even so, the carbohydrates in one serving of apple granola are less than 20g, which is about 22% off compared to bread (60g), and about 62% off if you eat one cup of brown rice (150g).
