Alishan Alpine Oolong Tea / Four Seasons Spring Oolong Tea / Dongding Oolong Tea / Red Oolong Tea / Oriental Beauty Tea 1 pack each
------------------------------------
(1) Alishan Alpine Oolong Tea
Alpine oolong tea carefully grown in a carefully selected environment at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters.
Tea leaves grown over time in a nature-rich environment with a large temperature difference between morning and evening will bring excitement every time you drink it.
The refreshing jasmine-like aroma passes through the nose, and the taste of refreshing fruits like peaches and apples fills the mouth, leaving a mellow aftertaste like floral nectar at the end.
The unique aroma and taste of alpine tea changes with each cup, so it is the oolong tea that allows you to enjoy the change the most.
(2) Four Seasons Spring Oolong Tea
Shikiharu is named after a variety that can be picked all year round.
However, our Shikiharu uses only tea leaves picked during the most fragrant season of the year.
It delivers a moderate floral scent that is neither too light nor too dark.
It is filled with sweet and fragrant floral aromas like orchids and jasmine, and freshness like fresh greenery, leaving a refreshing but slightly lingering sweetness aftertaste after drinking.
The recommended way to taste Shikiharu is [cold brew].
Rather than brewing with hot water, the amount of caffeine and catechins leached out over time and slowly reduces the amount of caffeine and catechins, and the sweetness of the four seasons is brought out even more.
Because it contains less caffeine, it is also recommended for before going to bed after taking a bath.
(3) Dongding Oolong Tea
When it comes to Taiwanese oolong tea, many people imagine Dongding Oolong tea, which is a representative of Taiwanese tea.
Because the roasting degree is a little high, it gives the impression that it is a bit similar to roasted tea.
The slightly smoky sweet aroma of sweet chestnuts like maltose, and the refreshing sweetness of apples change to the deep sweetness of brown sugar, leaving a deep flavor and richness like roasted nuts.
The color of the tea is reddish brown than the popular alpine oolong tea at the time, and it is sometimes called "red water oolong".
(4) Red oolong tea
Red oolong was born by extensively using the technology cultivated in black tea production for oolong tea.
It is characterized by the most highly fermented and mellow aroma among oolong teas.
It has a savory aroma like freshly made caramel, like a freshly baked sweet potato, and in your mouth, it overflows with a deep sweetness like a ripe orange or mango in your mouth, and at the end, it leaves an exquisite sweetness that is not too sweet like caramel, but slightly bitter.
The color of the tea is reddish-amber.
It is darker in color than other oolong teas, and you can carefully appreciate the color changes with your eyes.
(5) Oriental Beauty Tea
It is characterized by its natural sweetness, like nectar, which is created by small insects called "unka" that are originally considered pests, by chewing on tea leaves.
It has a sweet aroma that makes you think it's dripping honey, and it's overflowing with refreshing fruits reminiscent of muscat and lychee, and a heavy sweetness like ripe fruits like dried fruits spreads in your mouth.
Because it is fermented at a fermentation degree close to that of black tea, it has a strange feeling that is somewhat similar to black tea, but that I have never encountered before.
This is a highly recommended dish for tea lovers.
