We have developed and commercialized the soup of "Gyukotsu Ramen", a traditional ramen made from beef bones, which has been popular in the midwestern area of Tottori Prefecture for a long time, from scratch with seasoning that is particular about the staff of Yamano Okagaya. A completely original product that stands out for the umami from beef bones and the sweetness of beef tallow.
In order to enhance the original flavor of beef bones, umami seasonings are not used. The gentle flavor is entangled with the noodles and enhances the flavor of the ramen.
Since it is an individually wrapped aluminum pouch, it is easy to use and convenient to store just by dissolving it in hot water. It can also be used as a beef bone-based soup in a variety of dishes other than ramen.
