(1) Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. However, if there is an incorrect shipment of the product or a defect or damage due to our responsibility, please contact us within 2 weeks after the product arrives.
In that case, please be sure to fill in the following information and let us know.
・ Product number, product name, quantity of the target product
・Details of defects and damage
After confirming with us, we will guide you on how to respond to you.
(2) Request for confirmation when the product arrives
After the product arrives, please check the "quantity" and "whether it is damaged" as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 2 weeks after arrival.
(3) Inquiries
We will respond within 3-7 business days.
(4) Request for resale pricing
Based on the guidance of the Japan Fair Trade Commission, we ask that the selling price be set appropriately. Even if you hold a special sale or campaign, please respond within the range of 20% off the price (list price).
(5) Resale pricing when sold as a set with plants, etc.
Please do so at the discretion of the sales store.
