[Warm before use]
1. Warm up
Place the brown rice hand warmer with the outer cover on a heatproof plate and heat it in the microwave.
At 500–600W, the recommended duration is 1.5 to 2 minutes.
When using for the first time, warm it for 30 seconds while monitoring the temperature and be careful not to overheat.
2. Temperature Check
Do not use it immediately after heating; always touch it with your hands to check the temperature.

3. Apply to the body
