The Passeo plantation is located in Monte Belo, located almost in the heart of the coffee growing area of the Minas South district. The plantation is spread over hilly areas at an altitude of 1100 to 1200 m, and is blessed with fertile soil containing volcanic minerals. The process from preparing the soil for planting to picking coffee cherries consists of the efficient use of trained and skilled workers. Passeo Farm has been producing coffee for three generations, and each time it innovates its production technology and seeks to improve efficiency. Consideration for the natural environment is also outstanding, leaving behind 75 hectares of natural forest, and the use of pesticides is reduced by using the plague balance to control pests and diseases. We are also actively working to solve social problems such as improving the lives and educational environment of workers. With a variety of products such as Natural.Pulped Natural, varieties, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon, it is known as a roaster of specialty coffee in the world as a regular at COE and Late Harvest Competition. The introduction of the first water-flowing cherry gravity sorter and green separator in 1997 as a farm for the gourmet coffee project of ITC, the predecessor of the COE, is also an element that maintains Passeio's quality advantage.
