Information on shipping during the < and New Year holidays>

〇Last acceptance of shipments within the year: Sunday, December 24
(Last reception for customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: Wednesday, December 20)
〇 Orders during the year-end and New Year holidays are expected to be crowded, so we may not be able to accept the specification of the delivery date and time.
Please place an order early with plenty of time to spare.
〇 We have secured sufficient stock, but if it is not in stock at the time of ordering, it will be canceled.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept reservations or holdings until they are in stock.
〇 Orders received between December 25th ~ January 4th will be confirmed on January 5th (Friday).
As soon as the stock is confirmed and the product is available, it will be shipped sequentially from January 9 (Tuesday).
In the event of initial defect or incorrect delivery, we will replace it with a non-defective product.
