In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. Except in the following cases, we cannot accept returns, changes, or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
We do not accept resends or refunds if there is no return.
Please understand that it is not possible to replace it with another product or change the color.

If the product is different from the contents of the delivery note or what you ordered when the product arrives, please contact us by e-mail from "Contact Us" within 3 days after the product arrives.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send the actual product by cash on delivery.
Please use Yamato Transport for returns. When using other delivery companies, please be sure to use a method such as Yu-Pack that leaves a copy of the invoice.
After the product arrives at the return address, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If the product is damaged when the product arrives, please contact us by e-mail from "Contact Us" within 3 days after the product arrives.
