The pattern created by layering colors is bold yet beautiful, and it shows various expressions depending on how you use it.　　 This work was created in collaboration with Jonathan Lowes, an artist based in South London who produces silkscreens and other works.　 You can wear it around your neck as a scarf, or tie the ends together and make it into a bag. At a textile printing factory in Kyoto, which has a history of more than 50 years, craftsmen make each piece by hand. Elements of both elegance and edgy artwork are expressed in a 900mmx900mm furoshiki that is unique to Link.
